Yeah..REAL RUN 2008

Today the day come for the REAL RUN!!!...hope can break my NIKE run record.. Woke up today very early in the morning around 5am for preparation. Set off around 6am to Singapore Exhibition Center for the REAL RUN, the place is situated at the Changi Coast Road, near Changi Airport Runway. Arrived around 630am, Wow! there's already a lot cars queuing up to enter the carpark, luckily we're able to park our car, although is not an actual parking lot.

Nike+ Human Race 10K 31.8.2008

Finally, the day of the big run! My aim was to clock a timing below 1 hour. Sounds like a difficult task? Hahaha. Anyway, only managed to hit 1hr 1.55mins, according to the timing recorded in the website. Would have done better, if not for the human congestion at certain routes. It was a great run none the less. Really enjoyed it!

NIKE 10Km Human Race Collection of goodies

Finally the day (24/08/08)of collection of our nike 10km human race goodies bag. We reach there around 4pm...MY GOD!!! There is a huge queue, you can see it below:

Bo bian...we gonna queue lo, else tomorrow also don't have time to come collect.

Almost reaching the collection point, but is like around 6pm le...very tiring. see the sign above, still left 45mins est left to reach...WAH LAU.....

Yeah!!! got our stuff...is already 7pm plus loz....tired and hungry...

Natas Fair is here again!!! Amy and I went there at the first day 01/08/08, hoping to get a good deal over there.

Another Durian Dessert Buffet @ GoodWood Park Hotel, Coffee Lounge

Ha, can't get enough of durian, yesterday again Amy and I went to try the legendary Durian dessert at GoodWood Park Hotel. It is really really NICE!!! 5 Stars I gave.

The Buffet cost per head is $15++, no card promo..well is ok, because it is worth every cents. There is also the main buffet with their specialty, Taiwan porridge A La Carte, think per head is $35++ bah, it come along with the durian dessert buffet. Their link GoodWood Park Hotel.

Durian Dessert Buffet @ Carlton Hotel, Cafe Vic

Yesterday, Amy and I went to try the Durain Dessert Buffet @ Carlton Hotel, Cafe Vic. The cost per head is $18++, luckily there is UOB card promo of 15%. The buffet start from 8pm - 10pm.

A jog At Bedok Reservoir Park

Had a jogging session at Bedok Reservoir Park with Amy. From the pic above, could see that I'm perspiring like a pig. Ha.

The jog around the park is 4.3km, it took us nearly 30mins to finish the trail. It really gave us a good workout, highly recommended to all my friends, not forgetting the beautiful sight there. See below...

Great Movie: Accuracy Of Death

Great movie to recommend to my friends to watch. We were very lucky that Amy's friend gave her 2 complimentary tickets for this movie: "Accuracy Of Death". However, the tickets would be due on Wednesday, but only Tuesday's timing was just right for us to watch that movie, so no choice but to watch it on 27/05/08.

Happily thought I could manage to get a good seat, so I went to GV at PS around 10plus am....WAH....the counter lady told me only left seats 3 rows from the front...SIGH....relunctantly, I bought those tickets for viewing at 2025...cos no choice lo....

Ok now, what is great about this movie? It started with a guy named Chiba (Takeshi kaneshiro) as the Grim Reaper, another name for Death God. His job is to observe the person 7 days , and then decide to 'execute' or 'pass over'. He was companion with a black dog, which speak and serve on purpose..LoL, well maybe is human best friend bah. One more thing is whenever he on a mission, it is always raining....ha

The scene started in a church, where there a mourning for a lost child. That where the Chiba come introduce himself. Another scene, Chiba got a mission again, this time is a young women who lost her families, including her husband. She was almost lost in hope, where Chiba come into her life and eventually got a contract for singing. Chiba this time does not execute it, because her time is not up yet as her life still got singing to be fulfilled.

Next scene, is the young women's child story..Ha...for every scene it is link lo, so you got to be concentrate in the cast and story, is it very interesting. And lastly, is the young women again, but now she is old, which is the grand finale and also finally the rain stopped...Ha.

Will not be writing all the story out, which will be boring. You all have to go watch it to enjoy. I give this movie rating 5 Stars.
