Real Run 2009
15km – 4km Trail + 0.6km Sand + 10.4km Taxiway / Road
10km – 4km Trail + 0.6km Sand + 5.4km Taxiway / Road
Yeah! Finally REAL RUN 2009 coming this Sunday!
This year going to challenge myself to 15km run before my final 42km this coming December 6th. Can't wait to get myself sweaty and muddy, hee!

Tip 1 for slimming down
Most people have the misconception of doing more exercises will slim down your waist-line, for my experience is diet, best is with diet & exercise. When I mention diet, i don't mean to starve, but to minimize your current food in-take (calories).
Many will know having small meals each day is one way, but not most people can't do it due to daily commitment and preparing of small meals every morning is a task. For my case, i will have oat meal with fruits and orange juice/soya milk (no sugar) for breakfast, lunch limit to soup noodle/sandwich and apple for snack, evening will have lean meat, veg and potatoes but no rice, if hungry later will have an apple before sleep.
Remember to cut down on oily and sweet stuffs, best is don't eat during your slimming down period.
Will post Tip 2 on exercise soon, Jia You! Don't give any excuses, just do it!

Yeah..REAL RUN 2008
Today the day come for the REAL RUN!!!...hope can break my NIKE run record.. Woke up today very early in the morning around 5am for preparation. Set off around 6am to Singapore Exhibition Center for the REAL RUN, the place is situated at the Changi Coast Road, near Changi Airport Runway. Arrived around 630am, Wow! there's already a lot cars queuing up to enter the carpark, luckily we're able to park our car, although is not an actual parking lot.

Nike+ Human Race 10K 31.8.2008
Finally, the day of the big run! My aim was to clock a timing below 1 hour. Sounds like a difficult task? Hahaha. Anyway, only managed to hit 1hr 1.55mins, according to the timing recorded in the website. Would have done better, if not for the human congestion at certain routes. It was a great run none the less. Really enjoyed it!
Envy? Joanne Peh. Managed to catch her at the finishing line.
